We run a garden design and build company, working on private gardens. Each project is as unique the clients for whom we work. Their new garden is not only a very important personal space, reflecting their needs and aspirations, but may also involve considerable investment. Many of the standard marketing tools are not applicable to our kind of service and may, in fact be off-putting to prospective clients. Moreover, a heavy-handed approach would make us feel awkward.

Rob listened very carefully and asked searching questions which enabled him to understand the particular nature of our business. He not only suggested simple ways in which we could reach a wider prospective client base while at the same time making the services of a Garden Designer more accessible, he also made us think in an entirely different way about our business which was hugely liberating.
